We are a Town Planning and Environmental consultancy based in Byron Bay NSW. We offer specialist services in preparing and evaluating Development Applications, Planning Proposals, Environmental Impact Assessment, Strategic Studies and Investigations. 

 Practice Principal Chris Power has more than 40 years experience in the Planning and Environmental fields, including 11 years as Chief Town Planner and Director of Planning in Local Government; and 20 years in Planning and Environmental Consultancy on the NSW North Coast. He has extensive experience as an expert witness in the NSW Land and Environment Court. Chris holds a Graduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in Planning.

Where appropriate we bring together teams of qualified and experienced professionals in the various environmental disciplines to undertake specific projects. We are able to assemble multi-disciplinary teams for a full range of commissions, from small assignments to large scale projects such as major EIS’s and Studies.
